关于《选煤电力消耗限额》国家标准修订建议 被引量:1

摘要 为进一步推动我国煤炭洗选行业高效生产和节能工作的发展及实现国家总体节能目标,结合我国煤炭洗选加工行业的发展现状、技术水平及能耗现状,从选煤企业类型、工艺类型划分和折算系数等方面分析选煤电力单耗影响因素。建议修订《选煤电力消耗限额》标准时仍按不同类型的选煤企业进行划分,将选煤电力单耗干法选煤的折算系数修订为1. 04,并提出能耗限额指标值的修订建议。 In order to promote the high efficient production of Chinese coal washing field,the development of energy saving work,and the realization of national general energy saving target,combining with the development status,technology level and energy consumption status of Chinese coal washing field,from aspects such as coal washing enterprises type,process type classification and conversion factor,the influencing factors of power consumption per unit product of coal washing were analyzed.It was suggested that when“the norm of the power consumption per unit product of coal washing”was revised,the different types of coal washing enterprises should be regarded respectively,the conversion factor of power consumption per unit product of coal washing using dry method washing was revised to 1.04,the revision suggestion of energy consumption limit index value was proposed.
