摘要
鲁奇炉用气化型煤技术是解决部分化工企业块煤需求紧缺、粉煤积压问题的有效途径之一。以伊犁四矿长焰煤为原料,结合黏结剂筛选、扫描电镜分析及蒸汽侵蚀试验,对鲁奇炉用气化型煤进行技术开发及应用研究。研究开发出适用于长焰煤的复合黏结剂配方技术,黏结剂总添加量为8%,型煤的冷压强度、热强度和浸水强度均较理想;高温蒸汽侵蚀对型煤强度造成影响,但型煤未发生破损,仍具有一定的冷压强度和热强度;建议在进行鲁奇炉用气化型煤的工业性试烧试验时采用型煤与块煤掺烧的方式。
The technology of gasification briquette for Lurgi gasifier is the effective way to solve the shortage of lump coal and the backlog of pulverized coal occurred in some chemical enterprises.The long flame coal from Yili No.4 mine was selected as the experimental material.By means of the selection of binder,SEM analysis and steam erosion test,the development and application of the technology of Lurgi gasifier gasification briquette were studied.The compound binder suitable for long flame coal was developed,and the amount of addition was 8%.The cold compressive strength,thermal strength and compressive strength after soaking were relatively ideal.The strength of briquette was influenced by the steam erosion,but the briquette was not damaged,it still had certain cold compressive strength and thermal strength.The mixed combustion of briquette and lump coal is suggested in the industrial test of Lurgi gasifier gasification briquette.
