简要介绍山西焦煤集团资源运作状况,依据煤炭资源状况、国家环保政策、国内及国际煤炭市场形势,在煤质互补、配煤技术、产业升级等炼焦煤应用方面对炼焦煤市场的影响因素进行分析,从建设规模、配煤资源、货物集运方式、配煤产品定位等方面阐述了拟在日照港建设沿海港口储配煤基地的具体实施,并建议拟建沿海港口储配煤基地时应统筹考虑及逐步推进、合理利用稀缺资源及提升企业品牌形象。

This paper analyzed the resources operating circumstances of Shanxi coking coal group,based on the coal resource status,national environmental protection policies,domestic and international coal market trends,and from the application aspects such as coal quality complementary,coal blending technology,production improvement,the influencing factors of coking coal market were analyzed.From aspects such as construction scale,coal blending resources,cargo shipping method,blending coal production positioning,the specific implementation of proposed construction of Rizhao coastal port coal storage and blending base was demonstrated,it was suggested that,when the construction of coastal port coal storage and blending base was considered,the rare resources should be considered,gradually advanced and utilized reasonably,the enterprise brand and image should be improved.
