缓慢灰化法的称样量与测定时间改进探究

摘要 针对缓慢灰化法检测煤样的灰分时具有耗时长、速度慢的缺点,从煤样质量、灰化时间等方面提出改进方案,改良法的试验条件为称取煤样质量(0. 5±0. 05) g、500℃保温15 min后升至815℃再保温30 min、检查性灼烧10 min,并对改良法的精密度及准确度进行验证。实验结果表明:改良法减少样品质量所检测的煤样灰分值,其与缓慢灰化仲裁法的测试结果基本吻合,即经F检验和t检验法对2种方法的精密度及准确度进行验证后表明,改良法与缓慢灰化法无显著性差异,即改良法可保证灰分检测的准确度并有效缩短检测时间及提高工作效率。 Aiming that the slow ashing method has disadvantages like long duration and slow speed,the improved method was proposed from two aspects(coal sample weight,ashing time),the experimental conditions are weighing coal for(0.5±0.05)g,maintaining the temperature 500℃at 15 min,maintaining the temperature 815℃at 30 min,10 min check burning duration,meanwhile,the precision and accuracy of improved method were verified.The results showed:the improved method reduced the coal sample ash content value of sample weight,the results of improved method could match the results of slow ashing arbitration method,through the F test and t test,the precision and accuracy of these two methods could be verified,there is no significant difference between improved method and slow ashing method,which means that the improved method could ensure accuracy of ash detection,reduce the testing duration and working efficiency effectively.
