The composition and characteristics of ZZSC intelligent on-line moisture content determination system were introduced in this paper,the application of input bottle structure,dry weighing mechanism,abandoning mechanism,feeding plate mechanism,plate taking robot hand mechanism,leveling mechanism,sampling robot hand mechanism,cleaning mechanism and electrical control system in on-line moisture content determination system were introduced too,the problems which need to be solved and the system determination advantages of intelligent on-line moisture content determination were discussed.The intelligent on-line moisture content determination system was introduced for coal sample to do the sampling,sample distribution,plate loading,flatten,weighing,drying,data analysis,discard sample collection and cleaning,the system operating was stable and reliable,the accuracy and precision of the determination results could be ensured.
