The present situation of coal quality management in Yushen Energy Company was introduced in this paper.The main problems in coal quality management including lack of coal quality consciousness and market concept,restrictions on local coal sales model,the weakness of coal quality management technology,etc.Several recommendations,such as valuing coal quality management,perfecting coal quality management system,strengthening both source and process control,and optimizating the management processe,were presented to ensure the coal products meet the market demand.Incorporating coal quality performance into the company monthly appraisal could make company coal quality management institutionalized,ordered and standardized.
