采煤机滚筒截割煤壁过程动力学分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过UG三维软件创建滚筒采煤机的仿真模型,利用ABAQUS软件建立煤壁模型并设置滚筒与煤壁的材料属性和边界条件,从滚筒与煤壁的装配过程、添加约束和边界条件、添加相互作用及属性、网格划分、分析求解与后处理等方面描述滚筒截割煤壁过程有限元仿真,最后利用ABAQUS软件模拟滚筒截割煤壁的动态过程,通过仿真分析受力数据绘制滚筒的三向受力曲线,由受力曲线分析滚筒螺旋叶片升角对滚筒截割受力的影响,从而得出不同叶片升角对滚筒采煤截割过程其受力的影响程度。 Through simulation model of rotary drum coal mining machine created by UG three-dimensional software,using ABAQUS software,the coal wall model was established,and the material properties and boundary conditions of rotary drum and coal wall were set,from aspects such as assembly process of rotary drum and coal wall,constraints and boundary conditions addition,interactions and attributes of addition,meshing,analytic solution and post-processing,the finite element simulation of rotary drum cutting coal wall was described,finally,the dynamic process of rotary drum cutting coal wall was simulated using ABAQUS software,through simulation analysis of force data,the three-way force curve of rotary drum was drew.Based on the force curve,how the rotary drum spiral blade lift angle affected the rotary drum cutting force was analyzed,therefore,the influence level of different blade lift angles on the rotary drum coal mining cutting process force could be obtained.
