PKP对脊柱侧弯骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者VAS、活动能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)对脊柱侧弯骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者VAS、活动能力的影响。方法:选择272例脊柱侧弯骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者随机分为对照组(136例,给予经皮椎体成形术治疗)与观察组(136例,给予PKP治疗),比较两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、活动能力、后凸Cobb角及脊柱后凸角。结果:术后,两组的VAS比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),但观察组活动能力、后凸Cobb角及脊柱后凸角改善程度均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:PKP与PVP治疗脊柱侧弯骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者均可有效缓解患者疼痛,但PKP在改善患者日常活动能力、后凸Cobb角及脊柱后凸角方面优于PVP。 Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty(PKP)on VAS and activity of patients with scoliosis osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:272 patients with scoliosis osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were selected and randomly divided into control group(136 cases,treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)and observation group(136 cases,treated with PKP).Pain visual analogue scale(VAS),activity,kyphosis Cobb angle and kyphosis angle were compared between the two groups.Results:After operation,there was no significant difference in VAS between the two groups(P>0.05),but the improvement of activity,kyphosis Cobb angle and kyphosis angle was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PKP and PVP can effectively relieve pain in patients with scoliosis osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,but PKP is superior to PVP in improving daily activity,kyphosis Cobb angle and kyphosis angle.
