慢性盆腔炎治疗中不同方法的应用

Application of different methods in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:探讨使用不同方法治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果差异。方法:将慢性盆腔炎患者101例随机分为两组,观察组56例给予灸疗贴+腹部理疗+妇科千金片+消炎药进行治疗,对照组45例给予妇科千金片+消炎药进行常规治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率94. 64%,高于对照组的80. 00%(P <0. 05);随访0. 5年后观察组复发率为7. 14%(4/56),低于对照组的24. 44%(11/45)(P <0. 05)。结论:灸疗贴+腹部理疗+妇科千金片+消炎药治疗慢性盆腔炎患者能够获得较好的治疗效果,并且降低复发率。

Objective:To explore the effect of different methods in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:101 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups.56 cases in the study group were treated with moxibustion patch and abdominal physiotherapy and gynecological Qianjin tablets and anti-inflammatory drugs.45 patients in the control group were given the conventional treatment of gynecological Qianjin tablets and anti-inflammatory drugs.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups were 94.64%and 80.00%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 7.14%(4/56)in the study group after six months of follow-up,which was statistically lower than 24.44%(11/45)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion patch and abdominal physiotherapy and gynecologic Qianjin tablets and anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation patients can obtain obvious therapeutic effect and reduce the long-term recurrence rate.
