摘要
重水堆机组经历长期高功率运行后,燃料通道压力管蠕变、主热传输系统支管的腐蚀结垢、蒸发器传热管一次侧结垢等因素会导致区域超功率保护(ROP)参数运行裕量下降,机组运行到一定年限后很可能被迫降功率。ROP工况重分组项目是在保证ROP系统设计安全功能的前提下,结合国外工程经验和重水堆核电机组既有运行经验,对设计阶段的ROP工况分组进行重新评估和适应性分组,将那些由ROP正常手柄位置HSP1提供保护、整定值较低的部分工况移出,从而提升机组正常运行期间的ROP裕量。
After the CANDU Reactor unit undergoes long-term high-power operation,the creep of the fuel passage pressure pipe,the corrosion scale of the main heat transfer system branch pipe,and the fouling of the primary side of the evaporator heat transfer pipe will lead to the operation of the regional overpower protection(ROP).The amount is reduced,and the unit is likely to be forced to reduce power after a certain number of years of operation.The ROP condition regrouping project is based on the premise of ensuring the safety function of the ROP system design,combined with foreign engineering experience and the existing operating experience of the CANDU reactor nuclear power unit,re-evaluating and adaptively grouping the ROP working conditions in the design phase,The part of the working condition that is protected by the ROP normal handle position HSP1 and has a lower setting value is removed,thereby improving the ROP margin during normal operation of the unit.
