摘要
目的探讨妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对血清炎性因子(TNF-α、 IL-2、 hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选取我院2015年6月至2018年4月期间收治的120例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各60例。对照组采用抗生素治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用妇科千金胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及TNF-α、 IL-2、 hs-CRP水平。结果治疗前,两组患者的TNF-α、 IL-2和hs-CRP水平比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组的TNF-α、 IL-2和hs-CRP水平均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组的总有效率为88.33%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P <0.05)。结论妇科千金胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效显著,能够有效降低患者的TNF-α、 IL-2、 hs-CRP水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of gynecologic Qianjin capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the influence on serum inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-2,hs-CRP).Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,while the experimental group was treated with the gynecologic Qianjin capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,and TNF-α,IL-2 and hs-CRP levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the TNF-α,IL-2 and hs-CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TNF-α,IL-2 and hs-CRP levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.33%,significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Gynecologic Qianjin capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has significant clinical curative effect,can effectively reduce the TNF-α,IL-2 and hs-CRP levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
