锁定接骨板加植骨治疗锁骨骨不连的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Locking Bone Plate and Bone Grafting in the Treatment of Clavicular Nonunion

目的探讨锁定接骨板加植骨治疗锁骨骨不连的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年2月至2016年2月收治的锁骨骨不连患者60例,根据手术方法分为两组各30例。对照组行常规手术治疗,观察组行锁定接骨板加植骨治疗。比较两组的锁骨骨不连切除效果、骨折愈合时间、并发症情况以及手术前后的肩关节功能、疼痛水平、生活质量。结果观察组的锁骨骨不连切除总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的76.67%(P <0.05)。观察组的骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。手术前,两组的肩关节功能、疼痛水平、生活质量比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);手术后,观察组的肩关节功能、疼痛水平、生活质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%(P <0.05)。结论锁骨骨不连患者行锁定接骨板加植骨的疗效显著,能够有效加速骨折愈合,改善患者的肩关节功能和生活质量,减少并发症的发生,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of locking bone plate and bone grafting in the treatment of clavicular nonunion.Methods 60 cases of patients with clavicular nonunion admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to surgical methods.The control group underwent routine surgery,while the observation group was given locking bone plate and bone grafting.The resection effect of clavicular nonunion,fracture healing time,complications,and the shoulder joint function,pain level and quality of life before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clavicle nonunion resection of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 76.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,no statistical difference was found in the shoulder joint function,pain level and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the shoulder joint function,pain level and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 26.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Locking bone plate and bone grafting in patients with clavicular nonunion has significant effect,which can effectively accelerate fracture healing,improve the shoulder joint function and quality of life,and reduce the complications and pain.
