促性腺激素释放激素类似物联合重组人生长激素治疗真性性早熟对骨龄指数的影响

Influence on Bone Age Index of Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone Analogues Combined with Recombinant Human Growth Hormone in the Treatment of Central Precocious Puberty

目的观察促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)联合重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗真性性早熟(CPP)对骨龄指数的影响。方法选取我院2016年3月至2018年3月确诊的60例CPP患儿(年龄5~14岁)分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用GnRHa联合rhGH治疗,对照组单用GnRHa治疗。比较两组患儿各年龄段的骨龄和骨龄指数。结果治疗后,两组患儿不同年龄段的骨龄比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组5~6岁、 7~8岁、 9~10岁、 11~12岁、 13~14岁患儿的骨龄指数均明显低于治疗前(P <0.05);观察组5~6岁、 11~12岁、 13~14岁患儿的骨龄指数均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 GnRHa联合rhGH治疗CPP的临床效果显著,可持续改善患儿的骨生长发育状况且对骨龄指数的影响大于单用GnRHa,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the influence on bone age index of gonadotropin releasing hormone analogues(GnRHa)combined with recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)in the treatment of central precocious puberty(CPP).Methods 60 cases of CPP children(aged 5 to 14)diagnosed in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with GnRHa combined with rhGH,while the control group was only treated with GnRHa.The bone age and bone age index at different age groups were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,no statistical difference was found in the bone age at different age groups between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the bone age index at 5 to 6,7 to 8,9 to 10,11 to 12 and 13 to 14 years old of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The bone age index at 5 to 6,11 to 12 and 13 to 14 years old of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions GnRHa combined with rhGH in the treatment of CPP has significant clinical effect,can improve children's bone growth and development,and has more influence on the bone age index conmpared with the single GnRHa,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
