硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效观察及对心功能的影响

Clinical Curative Effect of Sodium Nitroprusside Combined with Dopamine in the Treatment of Acute Left Heart Failure and the Influence on Cardiac Function

目的观察硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法选取我院2015年5月至2017年7月收治的90例急性左心衰患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和对心功能的影响。结果观察组的总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的75.56%(P <0.05)。观察组的SaO_2、 OI、 LVEF、每搏心输出量显著高于对照组,而NYHA显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患者的HR和不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效显著,并能够改善患者的心功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of acute left heart failure and the influence on cardiac function.Methods 90 cases of patients with acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect and the influence on cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,significantly higher than 75.56%of the control group(P<0.05).The SaO2,OI,LVEF and stroke volume of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the NYHA was significantly lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the HR and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of acute left heart failure has significant clinical curative effect,can improve patients'cardiac function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
