人工股骨头置换术与全髋关节置换术在老年股骨颈骨折治疗中的应用效果比较

Comparison on the Application Effects of Artificial Femoral Head Replacement and Total Hip Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Senile Femoral Neck Fracture

目的比较人工股骨头置换术与全髋关节置换术老年股骨颈骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年10月至2016年10月收治的72例老年股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组采用人工股骨头置换术治疗,观察组采用全髋关节置换术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗优良率、肢体功能评分、并发症发生情况。结果观察组的治疗优良率为91.67%,高于对照组的72.22%(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后的肢体功能评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的27.78%(P <0.05)。结论全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者的效果优于人工股骨头置换术,且安全性更高,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the application effects of artificial femoral head replacement and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture.Methods 72 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received artificial femoral head replacement,while the observation group received total hip arthroplasty.The excellent and good rate of treatment,limb function score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment of the observation group was 91.67%,higher than 72.22%of the control group(P<0.05).The limb function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.56%,lower than 27.78%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Total hip arthroplasty is superior to artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture,with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
