垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Pituitrin Combined with Nitroglycerin in the Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage due to Cirrhosis

目的探讨垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法选取2015年5月至2017年5月我院收治的肝硬化上消化道出血患者600例,随机分为对照组(予以垂体后叶素单用)和观察组(予以垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油治疗)各300例。观察两组的临床疗效及相关实验室指标。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的止血时间显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的相关实验室指标均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率、再出血率均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采用垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油治疗肝硬化上消化道出血患者的临床疗效显著,副作用小,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of pituitrin combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to cirrhosis.Methods 600 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group(pituitrin alone)and observation group(pituitrin combined nitroglycerin),with 300 cases in each group.The clinical curative effect and relative laboratory indicators of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the relative laboratory indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and re-bleeding rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pituitrin combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to cirrhosis has significant clinical curative effect,with fewer side effects,which has clinical promotion value.
