优质低蛋白饮食联合α酮酸、尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of High Quality Low Protein Diet Combined with α-Ketoacid and Uremic Clearance Granules in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨优质低蛋白饮食联合α酮酸、尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年6月收治的60例CRF患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予优质低蛋白饮食治疗,观察组采用优质低蛋白饮食联合α酮酸、尿毒清颗粒治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血浆清蛋白(ALB)水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的SCr、BUN水平均下降, ALB水平均升高,且观察组的SCr、 BUN水平均明显低于对照组, ALB水平明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论优质低蛋白饮食联合α酮酸、尿毒清颗粒治疗CRF的疗效显著,可显著改善患者的肾功能相关指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of high quality low protein diet combined withα-ketoacid and uremic clearance granules in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods 60 cases of CRF patients in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high quality low protein diet,while the observation group received high quality low protein diet combined withα-ketoacid and uremic clearance granules.The clinical curative effect,and the serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and plasma albumin(ALB)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SCr and BUN levels of both groups decreased,and the ALB levels increased(all P<0.05);The SCr and BUN levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the ALB level was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions High quality low protein diet combined withα-ketoacid and uremic clearance granules has significant effect in the treatment of CRF,and can significantly improve patients'relative indicators of renal function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
