预防性护理在经桡动脉行冠脉介入术并发前臂血肿患者中的应用

Application of Preventive Nursing in Patients with Forearm Hematoma Undergoing Coronary Intervention through Radial Artery

目的研究预防性护理在经桡动脉行冠脉介入术并发前臂血肿患者的效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2015年12月收治的经桡动脉行冠脉介入术并发前臂血肿患者60例,按照入院顺序平均分为两组。对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用预防性护理,比较两组患者的VAS评分、治疗相关指标和护理满意度。结果术前两组患者的VAS评分与肿胀程度比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后1 d与术后4 d,研究组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗3 d后,研究组的肿胀程度与出血停止时间均优于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P <0.05)。研究组的骨筋膜室综合征发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的16.67%(P <0.05)。结论对经桡动脉行冠脉介入术并发前臂血肿患者实施预防性护理,能够有效防止患者前臂血肿恶化,减轻患者的疼痛,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of preventive nursing in patients with forearm hematoma undergoing coronary intervention through radial artery.Methods 60 cases of patients with forearm hematoma undergoing coronary intervention through radial artery in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and divided into two groups equally according to the admission order.The control group received routine nursing mode,while the study group received preventive nursing.The VAS score,treatment related indicators and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results No statistical difference was found in the VAS score and swelling degree between two groups before operation(P>0.05).1 d and 4 d after operation,the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).3 d after treatment,the swelling degree and bleeding stop time of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 93.33%,higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of osteofascial compartment syndrome of the study group was 0.00%,lower than 16.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Preventive nursing in patients with forearm hematoma undergoing coronary intervention through radial artery can effectively prevent the forearm hematoma from worsening,relieve the pain,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of promotion.
