麻醉后恢复室实施护理一体化管理模式的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Integrated Nursing Management Mode in Post Anesthesia Care Unit

目的探讨麻醉后恢复室(PACU)实施护理一体化管理模式的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年5月至2018年2月择期全麻下行手术治疗的168例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各84例。观察组在PACU内实施护理一体化管理模式,对照组给予常规护理。对比两组患者的苏醒情况和苏醒期并发症发生率。结果观察组的呼之睁眼时间、呼之握拳时间及拔管时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.01)。麻醉苏醒期,观察组的并发症发生率为9.52%,明显低于对照组的22.62%(P <0.05)。结论在PACU内建立一体化护理管理模式能够缩短患者的苏醒时间,减少苏醒期并发症发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated nursing management mode in post anesthesia care unit(PACU).Methods 168 cases of patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital from May 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 84 cases in each group.The observation group received integrated nursing management mode in PACU,while the control group received conventional nursing.The analepsia time,incidence of complications in the recovery period were compared between the two groups.Results The call eye opening time,call clenching and extubation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.01).In the anesthesia recovery period,the incidence of complications of the observation group was 9.52%,significantly lower than 22.62%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated nursing management mode in PACU can shorten the analepsia time and reduce the incidence of complications in the recovery period,which is worthy of promotion and application.
