摘要
目的分析预见性护理干预对ICU脑出血患者肺部感染的预防价值。方法选取我院ICU 2014年5月至2017年6月收治的80例脑出血患者,根据入院时间顺序分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施预见性护理干预。比较两组患者的肺部感染发生率、死亡率、住院时间、感染持续时间和不良反应情况。结果观察组的肺部感染发生率和死亡率分别为32.5%、 5.0%,明显低于对照组的55.0%、 20.0%(P <0.05)。观察组的感染持续时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应的发生率为7.5%,明显低于对照组的25.0%(P <0.05)。结论预见性护理干预可有效降低ICU脑出血患者的肺部感染发生风险,缩短感染持续时间和住院时间,降低死亡率,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the preventive value of foreseeable nursing intervention on pulmonary infection of ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to ICU of our hospital from May 2014 to June 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the admission order,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given foreseeable nursing intervention.The incidence of pulmonary infection,mortality,hospitalization time,duration of infection and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pulmonary infection and mortality of the observation group were respectively 32.5% and 5.0%,significantly lower than 55.0%and 20.0%of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of infection and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 7.5%,significantly lower than 25.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Foreseeable nursing intervention can effectively reduce the risk of pulmonary infection in ICU patients with cerebral hemorrhage,shorten the duration of infection and hospitalization time,and lower the mortality,which is worthy of promotion and application.
