摘要
制造业生产过程的信息统计过程是工序质量分析与控制的重要手段,通过控制图的方法,运用了均值控制图、均值-标准差控制图、均值-极差控制图、残差控制图、累积和控制图以及自相关分析,设计并搭建了工序质量异常预测系统,实现了制造过程中工序质量的分析与控制。
The information statistical process of manufacturing process is an important means of analysis and process quality control.By employing the method of control chart and using the average control chart,the average standard deviation control charts,the mean poor control chart,the residual control chart,accumulated and control chart and autocorrelation analysis,a process quality abnormal prediction system is designed and built.The system can analyze and control the quality of manufacturing process.
