鼻渊通窍颗粒联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎并过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Treatment for Chronic Sinusitis and Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨鼻渊通窍颗粒联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎并过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果。方法收集慢性鼻窦炎并过敏性鼻炎患者100例,随机均分为试验组(鼻渊通窍颗粒联合鼻内镜手术治疗)和对照组(鼻渊通窍颗粒口服)。比较两组疗效及治疗前后的症状评分。结果试验组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为94%、82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻渊通窍颗粒联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴过敏性鼻炎患者疗效肯定,能够缓解患者症状。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment on chronic sinusitis and allergic rhinitis.Methods A lot of 100 patients with chronic sinusitis and allergic rhinitis were collected.They were randomly assigned to the experimental group(treatment with Biyuan Tongqiao Granule and endoscopic sinus surgery)and the control group(treatment with Biyuan Tongqiao Granule).The therapeutic effects and symptom scores before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic response rate of the experimental group and the control group were 94%and 82%,the difference was statically significant(P<0.05);the symptom scores before treatment of two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the symptom scores after treatment of two groups were compared,the difference was statically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biyuan Tongqiao Granule and endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and allergic rhinitis has definite curative effect,and it can relieve symptoms of patients.
