人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Artificial Tears in the Treatment of with Dry Eye Patients After Cataract Surgery

目的探讨人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月医院收治的66例白内障术后干眼症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组33例。对照组接受常规治疗,试验组在此基础上接受人工泪液治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验。结果试验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,试验组泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症患者效果显著,能够改善患者临床症状,提高患者治疗有效率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye patients after cataract surgery.Methods 66 cases of dry eye patients after cataract surgery treated in this hospital during January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects.All the patients were randomly assigned to the control group(33 cases)and the experimental group(33 cases).The patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with artificial tears on the basis of this,and the total effective rate of treatment,tear film rupture time and the difference of tear secretion test were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.At the same time,the endometrial rupture time and the expression of the tear secretion test in the experimental group were obviously superior to those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye patients after cataract surgery has a significant effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the total effective rate of treatment.
