在水泥混凝土路面滑模铺筑前,要对摊铺现场准备工作进行检查,对卸料、布料进行准备。要对滑模摊铺机械及各项工作进行参数设置,对滑模摊铺机空载对位等进行检查。滑模摊铺施工作业开始阶段,必须进行调试校核,明确摊铺作业操作要点,包括布料器控制、进料门的控制、摊铺机施工的行进速度控制、对高频振捣棒的位置和工作情况进行监控、控制成型密度、加设加长滑模板、拉杆置入、弯道作业、表面搓平与修整等。若发生摊铺施工事故,要及时处理,做好摊铺结束后的工作,以及横向连接摊铺、路面板修理。

Before slipform paving of cement concrete pavement,it is necessary to inspect the preparation work of paving site and prepare for unloading and distributing materials.It is necessary to set the parameters of the slipform paver and its work,and check the no-load alignment of the slipform paver.At the beginning of slipform paving construction,it is necessary to carry out debugging and checking,and make clear the main points of paving operation,including distributor control,feeding door control,paver construction speed control,high-frequency vibrating rammer position and working conditions monitoring,control of forming density,adding lengthened sliding formwork,pull rod placement,bend operation,surface rubbing and dressing.If a paving construction accident occurs,it should be dealt with in time,and do a good job on horizontal connection paving and pavement repair.
