本文以省级电力市场为研究对象,针对电力交易结算管理中存在的问题和不足,引入了现代管理学中的精细化管理理念,提出了加强市场成员管理、系统权限管理、偏差电量监管和健全风险管控机制等措施,以全面提升电力交易结算的管理水平。

This paper takes provincial electricity market as the research object,aiming at the existing problems and shortcomings in the settlement management of electricity transactions,introduces the concept of meticulous management in modern management,and puts forward some measures to strengthen the management of market members,the management of system authority,the supervision of deviated electricity and the improvement of risk management and control mechanism,so as to enhance the overall situation and the management level of electricity transaction settlement.
