农村水利公共产品供给现状研究——基于石家庄市农村地区的调查分析

Study on the supply of public goods in rural water conservancy——based on the investigation and analysis of rural areas in Shijiazhuang

通过与被调研村的村干部开展座谈访问,进村实地察看,单独访谈相关负责人和随机选取村民进行问卷调查等形式和方法,对石家庄市2个典型性村庄的农田基础水利设施现状进行了实地调查研究。本次调研分析了华北农村水利建设的现实和问题,并为提高农村水利现代化提出了合理化建议。

Field investigation was carried out in two representative villages of Shijiazhuang by means of symposium,field observation,individual interview and questionnaire survey.Through this investigation,it reveals the current situation and existing problems of rural water conservancy construction,and provides a reference for speeding up the decision-making of rural water conservancy modernization.
