基于DEA模型的安徽省创业板上市公司经营效率评价

Evaluation of Operational Efficiency of Listed Companies in GEM of Anhui Province Based on DEA Model

创业板上市公司经营效率评价是反映上市公司市场竞争力及获利能力的重要指标,是实现上市公司科学经营及管理的基础.采用DEA方法,以安徽省创业板上市公司2014—2016年财务报表信息为数据来源,从综合技术效率、纯技术效率及规模效率三方面对其经营效率进行测算和分析.研究结果表明:安徽省创业板上市公司经营效率整体较为可观,但各企业间仍存在较大差距;多数企业处于规模报酬递减阶段,存在资源利用率低下、生产要素投入冗余的问题;企业间综合技术效率的差异主要体现在规模效率上.通过进一步投影分析,为创业板上市公司指出改进方向及改进方案.

The evaluation of the operating efficiency of listed companies on the GEM is an important indicator reflecting the market competitiveness and profitability of listed companies,and is the basis for realizing the scientific management of listed companies.Using the DEA method,the information of the financial statements of the listed companies of the GEM listed in Anhui Province from 2014 to 2016 is taken as the data source,and calculates the operating efficiency from the aspects of comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and comprehensively analyzes the results.The research results show that the operating efficiency of listed companies in the GEM of Anhui Province is relatively large,but there are still large gaps among enterprises;most enterprises are in the stage of diminishing returns to scale,and there are problems of low resource utilization and redundant input of production factors;the difference in overall technical efficiency is mainly reflected in scale efficiency.Through further projection analysis,the improvement direction and improvement scheme are pointed out for enterprises.
