摘要 通过访谈问卷调查方式,实证分析对珠三角新生代员工的工作家庭平衡进行研究,了解其工作家庭价值观和工作家庭现状,探讨工作和家庭之间的相互影响并提出针对性建议.结果显示:1)珠三角新生代员工更看重家庭. 2)加班呈现常态化趋势,工作干劲比较足,并不愿意轻易变换工作;一致认为家庭成员之间愿意相互寻求帮助,已婚、年龄越大的承担了更多的家务事. 3)工作和家庭之间的冲突并不算强烈,却更多的体验是相互促进;但对于大部分人,工作家庭的平衡还是存在一定困难. 4)不同人口学特征的员工在工作家庭价值观、工作家庭现状、工作和家庭之间的相互影响上有不同的特点. 5)对于工作家庭平衡来说,工作和家庭的相互冲突对其有显著的负相关,家庭促进工作对其有显著正相关. This study was conducted to investigate the work-family balance of the new generation of employees in the Pearl River Delta,to understand their values about work and family,to know the status of their work and family,to find the interaction between their work and family.The results show that:1)The new generation of employees in the Pearl River Delta pays more attention to their families.2)They often work overtime,be energetic in their work and unwilling to change their job.Most of them agreed that family members were willing to seek help from each other,the employee who was married or older had undertaken more household chores.3)The work-family facilitation they experienced was stronger than the work-family conflict.For most people,it is still difficult to balance the work and family.4)For the employees with different demographics,there is a significant difference on their values of work and family,the present situation of their work and family,and the interaction between work and family.5)For the work-family balance of the new generation of employees in the Pearl River Delta,the conflict between work and family has a significant negative correlation,and the family promotion has a significant positive correlation.
