摘要
文章以成都市老城中心区本土餐饮与舶来餐饮网点为研究对象,基于2016年百度POI数据,综合运用Ripley's K函数、核密度估计与多元线性回归等方法对其空间结构进行描述和分析,并从核心城市功能、空间通达能力及业态集聚三方面探讨其影响因素,描述其空间分异特征,分析其空间竞合关系。基于上述分析,文章对城市餐饮业空间规模集聚与空间布局、分级分类与空间支撑、多元融合与共享布局的规划思路和重点提出了相应建议。
Based on the Baidu POI data in 2016,the research uses the Ripley’s K function,kernel density estimation and multiple linear regression to describe and analyze the spatial structure of the local and imported catering outlets in the central area of Chengdu.From the three aspects of core city function,traffic accessibility and agglomeration effect,the influencing factors are discussed,the spatial differentiation characteristics are described,and the spatial competition and cooperation relationship is analyzed.Based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward correspondent suggestions for the spatial scale agglomeration and spatial layout,hierarchical classification and spatial support,multi-integration and shared layout planning of urban catering industry.
