广州乡村地区发展的土地依赖与模式转型

Land Dependence and Pattern Transformation of Guangzhou Rural Development

随着乡村振兴上升为国家战略,乡村规划作为协调城乡关系的重要工具,在破除乡村发展在土地影响下的路径依赖、引导城乡关系转型等方面的重要性进一步凸显。文章剖析了广州不同时期的乡村规划实践及其局限性,提出城乡关系转型时期的乡村规划应对策略,认为应从城乡治理一体化、城乡公共服务均等化、乡村特色保护与活化和城乡空间重塑等方面着手,通过规划管理和政策引导激活乡村地区内生发展动力,实现乡村振兴。

As rural revitalization becomes a national strategy,rural planning helps coordinate urban-rural relations,break path dependence,and guide the transformation of urban-rural relations.The study analyzes the rural planning practice in Guangzhou under the influence of urban-rural relations in different periods,and proposes rural planning responses in the transition of urban-rural relationship,including integrated governance,public service equalization,ecological conservation,cultural co-prosperity,and space remodeling.Through planning management and policy guidance,rural areas will be activated with endogenous development motives towards revitalization.
