新型超长单管连续构架连接装置应用研究

摘要 在变电站的扩建项目中,很多情况下需将变电站连续架构做出延伸以适应进出线的需求。根据工程经验,当延长后的连续架构总长超过100 m时,采取法兰固定连接新旧钢梁无法满足受力需求,会导致因温度效应所引发的端撑基础上拔失稳的不利局面,造成事故隐患。文章鉴于此,将具体介绍一种可以释放温度应力的连接装置,其可释放温度应力,减小新旧端撑柱的上拔力,使端撑基础满足抗拔稳定计算的要求。 In many substation expansion projects,the continuous steel frame need to be extended to meet the incoming and outgoing feeder requirements.According to project experience,when the total length of the extended continuous steel frame is beyond 100 meters,using the fixed flange to connect the new beam and old ones,which will result in accident threat such as instability of terminal foundation caused by temperature effect,cannot satisfy the structural requirements,Given this,this paper will illustrate a new hinge connection structure to connect the new steel beam and old ones,which can release temperature stress,reduce the uplift force of old and new terminal columns and make the terminal foundation to meet the requirements of uplift bearing capacity calculation.
