战略管理在电力勘测设计企业转型升级中的实践

摘要 战略管理是企业管理中的重要组成部分。能否制定合理的战略目标并坚决贯彻执行,是企业生产经营成败的关键性因素之一。当前,在电力建设行业新形势下,电力勘测设计企业面临着转型升级的艰巨任务。文章通过案例研究方法,即以中国电力工程顾问集团有限公司近些年来的战略管理举措为例,归纳总结电力勘测设计企业通过加强战略管理推动转型升级,实现可持续发展。结论指出电力勘测设计企业在战略管理过程中,应加强宏观形势研判,结合公司现实情况和长远发展需要,集中广泛智慧,严格履行程序,方能最大限度发挥战略管理的功效。 Strategic management is an important part of enterprise management.The ability to formulate reasonable strategic goals and implement them resolutely is one of the key factors that determine the business performance of enterprises.At present,electric power survey&design enterprises are facing the arduous task of transformation and upgrading,in light of the new situation of power construction industry.This paper will use the case study method,namely taking China Power Engineering Consulting Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,to analyze how electric power survey&design enterprises can enhance the strategic management,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading and achieve sustainable development.The conclusion of this paper is that,electric power survey&design enterprises should strength the macroscopic situation research and judgment,and combine their realities and long-term development needs,while pooling the wisdom of all staffs and strictly implementing relative procedures.
