Career Education in Ordinary High Schools:Problems,Experience and Strategies

普通高中生涯教育的推进在国内具有现实必要性,目前国内学校生涯教育的发展存在诸如处于学校较边缘地位、偏重心理学视野、有窄化倾向、研究成果与团队建设不足等问题。国外学校生涯教育发展历程中的经验可为我们提供借鉴,从而进一步使国内普通高中生涯教育在地位、范式、目标、理论视野、实践路径以及师资建设等方面获得启示。

The implementation of career education in ordinary high schools is of practical necessity in China.At present,career education in ordinary schools in China has the following problems,namely marginal position in school,bias towards psychological perspective,narrowing tendency,insufficient research achievements and team construction,etc.However,good references concerning career education could be made from foreign experience.Meanwhile,more enlightenments are expected from perspectives of position,paradigm,goal,theoretical vision,practical route and faculty construction of career education in ordinary high schools in China.
