当前中国特色社会主义进入新时代,站在新的历史方位,面对发展经济和保护环境的双重任务,面对我国社会主要矛盾的转化,进行生态文明建设迫在眉睫,它是维护我国政治稳定及国家安全的必然要求。生态意识薄弱、生态技术滞后、生态领域法律不健全、生态文明建设体制不完善等问题成为制约我国生态文明建设的难题和挑战。要在生态意识、生态技术、生态法律体系、生态文明体制方面积极探索生态文明建设的新路径,不断开创中国特色社会主义生态文明建设新时代。

The socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era at present and stood in a new historical position.In the face of the dual tasks of developing economy and protecting the environment,in the face of the transformation of the major social contradictions in our country,it is imminent to carry out the construction of ecological civilization.It is an evitable requirement for maintaining political stability and national security in our country.However,such issues as weak ecological awareness,lagging ecological technologies,imperfect laws in the ecological field,and imperfect ecological civilization construction system have become the challenges that restrict the construction of ecological civilization in China.We must actively explore a new path for the building of ecological civilization and constantly create a new era of building an ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in terms of ecological consciousness,ecological technology,ecological legal system and ecological civilization system.
