With the development of Internet,emerging technologies go deep into all walks of life,making the information exchange between service subjects and objects particularly important.Since the interactivity and timeliness of communication are the key factors influencing the quality of service,it is advised to acquire users preferences on the basis of data collection,analysis and mining of user behaviors with the help of the technology of data flow.The method of user access preference analysis becomes the main method of association analysis between organization and user.This plan uses the depth package monitoring technology to carry on the refined identification to the reader access content,constructs the demand-business drive system based on data mining,from the reader preference,the reader demand,the reader satisfaction and the reader loyalty angle,and constructs the perception platform between the library and the reader.The value analysis system based on the deep data packet monitoring can realize the dynamic control of readers preferences,and then realize the real-time,efficiency and precision of the subject service,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the library s operation value and efficiency.
