柴油机工作过程-冷却系统-燃烧室耦合仿真研究

摘要 为研究船用柴油机推进工况对油耗率、扭矩、热平衡、燃烧室温度场的影响,采用GT系列软件建立柴油机工作过程-冷却系统-燃烧室耦合仿真模型,通过仿真计算得到各项性能参数随推进工况变化的规律。经过分析得出适合巡航的工况点和避免长时间运行的工况点,建议将机带淡水泵改为电动变频泵进而根据工况控制冷却强度。 In order to study the effects of propulsion conditions on fuel consumption,torque,heat balance and combustion chamber temperature field of a marine diesel engine,a coupling simulation model of working process,cooling system and combustion chamber of diesel engine was established using GT series software.The variation of performance parameters with propulsion conditions was obtained by simulation.Some suggestions are put forward,such as working point suitable for cruising,avoiding working point for long time and changing freshwater pump into electric frequency conversion pump to control cooling intensity with working point.
