摘要
阐述了电梯轿厢位于顶层端站平层位置时,对重装置撞板与其缓冲器顶面间的最大允许垂直距离不能超过最大允许值的重要性,指出了影响对重最大越程距离的因素,介绍了计算对重最大越程距离的方法。建议在满足相关要求的条件下,最大对重越程距离尽可能取较小值,以降低对重蹲底、轿厢上行失控时冲顶的风险等级。
The importance of the maximum allowable vertical distance between the collision plate of the counterweight and the top surface of its buffer not exceeding the maximum allowable value when the elevator car is located at the level of the top terminal landing is expounded.The factors affecting the maximum distance of the counterweight are pointed out.This paper introduces the method of calculating the maximum distance of the counterweight,and suggests that the maximum distance of the counterweight should be as small as possible under the condition of meeting the relevant requirements,so as to reduce the risk level of roof impact when the counterweight collapsing to bottom of pit and the car is out of control during elevator rising.
