摘要
转换接头是门式起重机吊具系统的重要承载构件,为保证转换接头在运作过程中的安全性,需要对其进行受力分析。结合某型门式起重机中的转换接头进行有限元分析,对关键参数进行灵敏度分析,设计合理的正交试验并利用Design-Expert对数据进行分析,最终得到优化方案。结果表明,优化方案可以降低转换接头最大应力,总体变形更加协调,满足实际工程要求。
The conversion joint is an important load-bearing component of the gantry crane sling system.In order to ensure the safety of the conversion joint during operation,it is necessary to carry out force analysis on the conversion joint.Combined with the finite element analysis of the conversion joint in a gantry crane,the sensitivity analysis of key parameters is carried out,the reasonable orthogonal test is designed and the data is analyzed by Design-Expert,and finally the optimized scheme is obtained.The results show that the optimized scheme can reduce the maximum stress of the conversion joint,and the overall deformation is more coordinated,which meets the actual engineering requirements.
