摘要
分析表明叉车动态横向稳定性满足条件,在此基础上,设计了一种能够提高叉车动态横向稳定性的可横向移动配重,并建立了叉车配重改进前后的模型,运用Matlab进行仿真运算,得到改进前后两种模型的动态横向稳定性系数与转向角度的关系图。结果表明,文中提出的可横向移动配重设计能有效提高叉车动态横向稳定性。
The analysis shows that the dynamic lateral stability of the forklift meets the conditions.Based on the analysis,a laterally movable counterweight capable of improving the dynamic lateral stability of the forklift is designed,and the models before and after the forklift counterweight improvement are established.The relationship between the dynamic lateral stability coefficient and the steering angle of the two models before and after the improvement is obtained by simulation with Matlab.The results show that the design of the laterally movable counterweight proposed in this paper can effectively improve the dynamic lateral stability of the forklift.
