翻车机车臂的强度和疲劳分析

摘要 依据翻车机重车调车机的实际工作情况,对车臂载荷进行分析和归纳,利用有限元软件Workbench建立车臂的有限元模型,计算了车臂的应力分布情况。根据GB/T 3811《起重机设计规范》,采用应力比法进行疲劳校核,分析发现,车臂结构的静强度有一定的富余,局部部位疲劳应力不满足要求,因而对结构进行优化处理,减轻了质量,提高了局部疲劳强度。 Based on the actual working situation of the shunting machine of heavy tipper,the load of the truck arm is analyzed and summarized,the finite element model of the truck arm is established by using the finite element software Workbench,and the calculation of stress distribution of the truck arm is carried out.According to GB/T 3811 Design rules for cranes,the stress ratio method is used in fatigue check.The analysis shows that there is a certain margin in the static strength of the truck arm structure and the fatigue stress in some parts does not meet the requirements.Therefore,the structure is optimized to reduce the quality and improve the local fatigue strength.
