摘要
为了对在役起重机设备金属结构进行寿命预测和安全评估,依据Miner线性损伤理论,对金属疲劳寿命进行了分析,介绍了雨流计数法及其程序算法实现,开发了基于C++的疲劳分析软件。对比Ansys Workbench疲劳模块的雨流矩阵结果,循环计数分布十分吻合。
In order to predict the life and evaluate the safety of the crane metal structure in service,the fatigue life of metal is analyzed based on Miner linear damage theory,the rain-flow counting method and its program algorithm implementation are represented,and the fatigue analysis software based on C++is developed.Compared with the rain-flow matrix results of the fatigue module of Ansys Workbench,the distribution of circulation counting is perfectly consistent.
