摘要 针对大质量细长产品的长期贮存问题,设计了一套模块化辊道贮存系统,该系统由产品贮存辊道底座组件、动力移载辊道、传动系统、限位机构及自动移载动力对接机构等组成。提高了细长产品的贮存密度,且能实现产品的自动水平移载,提高了移载效率和安全性。该方式产品贮存过程中无需起重机进行吊转操作,压缩了人工操作空间,产品贮存间距由原来米级缩至厘米级,产品贮存数量提升2倍以上。该方式采用自动化设备,提高了贮存的自动化和智能化程度。 To solve the long-term storage problem of large-quality slender products,a modular roller table storage system is designed.The system consists of a product storage roller table base assembly,a power transfer roller table,a transmission system,a limit mechanism and an automatic transfer power docking mechanism.The storage density of the slender product is improved,the automatic horizontal transfer of the product can be realized,and the tansfer efficiency and safety are improved.In this way,there is no need for crane to carry out hoisting operation during product storage,so that the manual operation space is compressed,the product storage distance is reduced from the original meter level to the centimeter level,and the product storage quantity is increased by more than 2 times.In this way,automatic equipment is used to improve the automation and intelligence of storage.
