基于领导—成员交换关系的员工晋升力研究 被引量:5

摘要 根据社会交换理论,员工的实际升迁和职业生涯成功的关键要素取决于高品质的领导—成员交换关系。对此,可以以领导—成员交换关系的内涵及其对员工晋升力的影响为基础,阐述领导—成员交换关系对员工晋升力的影响,从追随力的两个方面——效忠和独立思考的视角来系统分析员工晋升力的驱动要素。结果显示,建立高品质的领导—成员交换关系,不仅有助于员工个人职业生涯的发展,而且有助于提升组织绩效和价值。
