领导干部心理工作环境及其影响机制实证研究——以税务系统679名科处级领导干部为例 被引量:2

摘要 通过对税务系统679名科处级领导干部心理工作环境的调查,并分析科处级领导干部心理工作环境的现状及其影响机制,可以发现:科处级领导干部心理工作环境总体属于积极工作型,但也有一部分领导干部心理工作环境不良;心理工作环境的工作要求、工作自主以及社会支持三个维度与工作紧张、应激反应均显著相关;工作紧张在工作要求、社会支持对应激反应的预测中起到显著的调节作用。
