摘要
目前由于铬粉在制革过程中吸收率不高,造成了材料的浪费和环境的污染。渐渐地,含铬鞣剂出现在皮革的加工过程中来减少铬粉的使用。本文对双酚S,苯酚进行缩合和磺甲基化,合成的磺甲基化型芳砜鞣剂(BDS鞣剂)与铬粉络合复配成含铬合成鞣剂(BDC鞣剂)。通过将BDC鞣剂与铬粉分别对比应用于主鞣和复鞣工序中,探索其鞣革性能。结果表明:BDC鞣剂主鞣后,坯革的收缩温度为85.8℃,具有一定的鞣性。在Cr_2O_3用量相同的情况下,BDC鞣剂鞣后废液Cr_2O_3含量明显低于铬粉鞣制后的废液Cr_2O_3含量,有利于实行清洁化生产;BDC鞣剂复鞣的坯革在增厚率、柔软度、物理力学性能等方面都要优于铬粉复鞣的坯革。
Due to low absorption rate of chromium powder in the leather making,material waste and environmental pollution would appear.The chromium-containing syntan can be used to reduce the usage of chrome powder in leather making process.In this paper,by sulfomethylation and condensation of phenol,bisphenol-S,the obtained Benzene-DPODPs Sulfomethylation Syntan(BDS)and chromium powder were compounded into Benzene-DPODPs-Chromium tanning agent(BDC).The BDC was applied to leather making process in comparison with chrome powder,and the tanning power was explored.The results show that the Ts of crust leather with BDC is 85.8℃,which displays certain tanning property.Under the same dosage of Cr2O3,the content of Cr2O3 in the waste liquid with BDC is much lower than that in the waste liquid with chrome powder,which is conducive to clean production;the physical properties of retanned leather with BDC are better than that of retanned leather with chrome powder,such as thichkening,flexibility,physical-mechanical properties.
