摘要
选用橡椀栲胶对兔毛皮进行染色。选择甲酸/双氧水预处理兔毛皮,通过破坏兔毛纤维部分鳞片层,使得染料上染率提升,通过单因素实验、正交试验以及对兔毛皮染色后性能的考察,最后确定其最佳预处理工艺为:40mL/L甲酸,40 mL/L双氧水,温度35℃,预处理时间60 min,浴比20;20 g/L栲胶,15 g/L硫酸亚铁,温度65℃,处理时间60 min。经预处理后的兔毛皮在65℃下用橡椀栲胶与硫酸亚铁染色相比于未经过预处理的兔毛皮有更高的K/S值,K/S值达到14.26,同时耐干湿擦牢度达到4~5级,纤维强力达到10.85 cN。
The rabbit fur was dyed with oak. Formic acid/hydrogen peroxide was used to pretreat rabbit fur. The dye uptake was increased by destroying some scales of rabbit fur fiber. The optimum pretreatment process was determined by single factor experiment, orthogonal experiment and the dyeing property of rabbit fur. The optimum pretreatment process was formic acid 40 mL/L, hydrogen peroxide 40 mL/L, temperature 35 ℃ and pretreatment time. 60 min, bath ratio 1∶20, tannin extract concentration 20 g/L, ferrous sulfate concentration 15 g/L, temperature 65 ℃, treatment time60 min. Compared with untreated rabbit fur, the pretreated rabbit fur dyed with oak tannin extract at 65 ℃ has higher K/S value, K/S value reaches 14.26, and the rubbing fastness reaches 4-5 grade, and the fiber strength reaches 10.85 cN.
