摘要
通过以脱毛酶、蛋白酶为主的复合助剂进行脱毛实验。利用浸水期间进行助剂作用获得温和脱毛,同时要求在保证生皮粒面不受破损的前提下完成脱毛。通过与硫化钠脱毛、膨胀后分析结果表明,使用0.3%的II-型助剂脱毛效果良好,溶液中胶原蛋白损失较少,铬鞣后粒面完整。为了完成残毛与表皮去除,后继追加1%的硫化钠可以达到工艺要求。
The unhairing experiment was carried out with the compound auxiliaries mainly comprised of depilatory enzyme and protease.Mild unhairing effect is obtained by using unhairing auxiliaries during soaking.Meanwhile,depilation is required on the premise of ensuring and the grain surface is kept intact.With the sodium sulfide contrast to auxiliaries after unhairing and swelling the results of analysis indicate when the 0.3%II-type auxiliaries can show excellent unhairing performance with the less collagen damage in solution and intact grain surface of chrome tanned leather.To remove the residual hair and epidermis extra 1%sodium sulfide can achieve the process requirements.
