我国东、中、西部各行政层级城镇发展力差距比较研究

Comparative Study on the Developmental Power Gap of Different Administrative Level Cities in Eastern, Central and Western China

近年来,我国不同区域发展差距不断扩大,城乡发展不平衡的现象引起了社会各界的广泛关注,但现有研究多针对区域间经济差距,对不同行政层级间城镇发展差距研究较少。本文以城镇发展力指标体系为评判依据,采用全国范围内包括镇区在内的多层级数据,并补充山东、甘肃两地的案例调研,按全国东部、中部、西部三大区域划分,研究不同区域不同行政层级城镇发展力差距,与全国平均数据对比得到我国东、中、西部城镇发展力层级差距特征。

In recent years,the development gap in different regions of China has been expanding,and the imbalance between urban and rural development has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.However,the existing research mostly focuses on the inter-regional economic gap,and there are few studies on the urban development gap between different administrative levels.This paper takes the urban development power indicator system as the basis for judging,adopts multilevel data including towns and districts nationwide,and supplements the case studies of Shandong and Gansu,according to the three regions of the eastern,central and western regions of the country.The urban development power gap between different administrative levels in the region is compared with the national average data to obtain the characteristics of the gap between urban development power levels in China’s eastern,central and western regions.
