Research on the Innovative Training System Based on the Integration of Industry and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校产教融合是深化教育改革的重要举措。产教融合可提升人才培养质量,实现企业与高校的共同发展。本文总结了目前高职院校产教融合实施现状,提出了产教融合过程中存在的典型问题,探讨了产教融合的创新培养体系,并为将来高职院校产教深度融合与发展提出了建议。

The integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to deepen education reform.The integration can enhance the quality of student training and achieve the common development of enterprises and colleges.This paper summarizes the typical problems existing in the process of integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges,discusses the innovative training system,and provides feasible suggestions for the future integration of industry and education.
