我国新型高校智库建设存在的问题与对策分析

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of New College Think Tanks in China

随着我国"中国特色新型智库"战略目标的明确提出,新型智库的建立与完善工作就逐步成为了党中央、人民政府和各方面社会力量的重要工作目标。本文通过结合我国新型高校智库的发展现状,找出高校智库建设中存在的问题与局限,并针对这些问题提出有效的改革措施,利用高校特有的人才优势,与社会传媒相结合,建立高校的高端智库发布平台,希望能够对完善我国新型高校智库建设,创新我国高校智库发展模式提供一些借鉴和思路。

With the goal of China's"new think tanks with Chinese characteristics"being clearly proposed,the establishment and improvement of new think tanks has gradually become an important goal of the work of the Party Central Committee,the People's Government and all aspects of social forces.Based on the development status of China's new think tanks,this paper finds out the problems and limitations in the construction of think tanks in colleges and universities,and proposes effective reform measures for these problems.We should use the unique talent advantage of colleges and universities,and combine with social media to establish a high-end think tank publishing platform for colleges and universities.The writer hopes to provide some reference and ideas for improving the construction of new college think tanks and innovating the development model of college think tanks in China.
